Having personally trained over 500 athlete’s, mum’s and dad’s, workers and young adults I have been proactively supporting and encouraging the Knox community to get active, improve their health, lose weight and become more confident in themselves for more than 20 years.

As a junior athlete I represented Victoria at National Level athletics, I then spent a decade as a boundary umpire with Australia’s leading sport, the AFL. My passion for health and fitness steams from my childhood and I continue to strengthen my knowledge with advanced courses every year.so that I can give my clients the very best training techniques and health strategies.

To give my clients the additional support they require and to be a more holistic trainer, I’m also a qualified myotherapist and remedial massage therapist, ensuring that all my clients are not only well trained, but their bodies recover so that they can continue to train hard and get the best results out of themselves.
